Your CCPA / CPRA Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.

Does Intelloro “Sell” Personal Information?

Intelloro does not sell your personal information for monetary value to third parties.

However, the use of third-party advertising and analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) on our site may constitute “sharing” under the broader CPRA definition, because these services may use cookie data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How to Opt Out

You have three ways to exercise your right to opt out:

1. Disable Marketing Cookies: Open our cookie preferences (the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page) and toggle Marketing cookies off. This stops behavioral advertising sharing immediately.
2. Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal (supported by Brave, DuckDuckGo, Firefox extensions, etc.), we honor it automatically as a valid opt-out request.
3. Email Request: Send an email to info@intelloro.com with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request”. We will process your request within 15 business days.

What Information Is Covered

The opt-out applies to the following categories of personal information that may be shared via marketing cookies:

• Internet activity (pages visited, time on page, referral URLs)
• Device identifiers (cookie IDs, device fingerprints)
• IP address and approximate geolocation
• Inferences drawn from your browsing behavior

The opt-out does not affect essential cookies required for the site to function (login, security, fraud prevention).

Verifying Your Identity

To prevent fraudulent opt-out requests, we may ask you to verify your identity by confirming the email address associated with your account. For non-account holders, opting out via cookie preferences or GPC requires no verification.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a CCPA opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, along with proof of their identity. Send authorized agent requests to info@intelloro.com.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA / CPRA rights. You will continue to receive the same level of service, the same pricing, and the same access to features whether you opt out or not.
