About This Report
This is Intelloro's public Transparency Report, published in compliance with Article 15 of the EU Digital Services Act (DSA, Regulation 2022/2065). The DSA requires online platforms to publish annual reports on content moderation activities, government and law-enforcement requests, and the means used to handle complaints.
We commit to publishing a full Transparency Report on or before 1 February each year, covering the previous calendar year. The first full report will be published 1 February 2027, covering the period 1 January – 31 December 2026.
This page is updated continuously with the metrics we have recorded year-to-date.

7. Use of Automated Tools for Content Moderation (DSA Art. 15(1)(e))
Intelloro uses the following automated tools in content moderation:
- Spam / abuse pre-screening: rate-limiting and pattern matching on report submissions and reviews (no automated content removal)
- Link safety scanning: URLs in user-submitted content are checked against known malicious-link databases
- Profanity / hate-speech keyword detection: high-confidence matches are flagged for human review (no automated removal)
All decisions to remove or restrict content are made by a human moderator — Sultan Mahamud, Head of Operations, or designated team members. Automated tools serve only to surface potential violations for human review. Automated decision error rate (false positive/negative) will be measured and reported in the annual report.
Methodology
All metrics on this page are extracted from our internal moderation logs (operations email, content management system, and Resend transactional email logs). We track each report from receipt through final decision, including the legal basis for any action taken.
Where DSA Art. 15 mandates specific metrics that we cannot yet measure (e.g., distinct counts of trusted-flagger reports per Art. 22), we will state this explicitly in the annual report and explain when the metric will become available.
Previous Reports
No previous annual reports yet. The first full annual report (covering 2026) will be published on this page no later than 1 February 2027.
