• Miss a day -> Streak resets to 0
• Build consistency -> Earn badges

Streak Badges

Unlock badges as you build your streak:

• Bronze Flame - 7 days
• Silver Flame - 30 days
• Gold Flame - 100 days
• Diamond Flame - 365 days

Streak Freezes

Earn 1 streak freeze for every 30 consecutive days. Use it to protect your streak if you miss a day.

Where to See Streak

• Dashboard - Full streak card with progress
• Header - Small flame badge (when signed in)
