Intelloro is a product owned and operated by Sultan Consulting Firm, a registered business in Bangladesh. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, this policy outlines how refunds are handled for our paid services.

Paid Services Covered

  • Sponsored listings (Basic, Featured, Premium plans)
  • Vendor subscriptions (Pro, Enterprise tiers)
  • Featured placement packages
  • Newsletter ad placements
  • Any other paid digital service offered through Intelloro

Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

  • The service was not delivered as described
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service
  • You were charged incorrectly or duplicated

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • The 14-day refund period has passed
  • The sponsored listing or ad placement has already been fully served (impressions delivered)
  • Change of mind after the service has been activated and used
  • Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension

Subscription Cancellation

For recurring subscriptions (vendor tiers, sponsored listings):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period

Free Trials

Some paid plans include a free trial period. During the free trial:

  • You will not be charged until the free trial ends
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at billing@intelloro.com with your order details
  2. Include your Paddle transaction ID (found in your receipt email)
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax compliance, and payment disputes on our behalf. For billing inquiries, you may also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt email.
